A. No, anyone can list a deal on the exchange as a seller. Returning sellers however, may save a step or two by using the same email address and entering the username and password they established the first time they listed a deal.
Q. I'm having trouble with the login. What can I do?
A. If you have registered as a Broker or Funder and are unable to log in, please contact support@americancapitalexchange.com with your name, reply email address, and phone number.
Q. Is the information I submit to the exchange secured?
A. Yes, the exchange uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption provided by Equifax to protect your personal information from being intercepted across the web.
Q. How do I know which category to list under?
A. Just pick the category that makes the most sense for whatever you intend to list. If there is a more appropriate category, the Broker that handles your deal will be able to change the category later.
